Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and sorting. You will receive a tracking confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major public holidays.

Shipping Times

We ship worldwide, and delivery times depend heavily on your location. Once your order has been processed and handed over to our shipping carriers, the following estimated delivery windows apply:

  • European Union (EU): Delivery typically takes up to 5 business days.

  • Worldwide Shipping: International delivery typically takes up to 7 business days.

Note: These shipping times are estimates and do not include the 1-day processing window. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, peak shopping seasons, or customs delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package is on its way, we will send you an email containing your unique tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees that may be levied by the destination country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We work quickly to process and ship orders, so there is a very small window to correct an address mistake. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at support@avalinto.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for any products lost or damaged during transit if the carrier marks the item as delivered to the correct address. If you receive your tracking details and notice an issue with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to our team for assistance.
